NFL mini camps: Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are excited for the upcoming season. For two straight years the Ravens have enjoyed regular season and post season success. They look to continue that as they have made a lot of key additions to the team. Mini camp showed just what the Ravens will have available to them this year.

The passing game has been bolstered as they have made key acquisitions this off season to help out Joe Flacco. The receiving help for Flacco includes Anquan Boldin, Dante Stallworth, Dennis Pitta, and Ed Dickson. These guys have looked great so far and look to be a big boost to the Ravens offense.

Mini camp has shown that Flacco and Boldin look like a solid combo. From the start it looks as though they are on the same page. Expect good chemistry between these two players.
The Ravens defense has always been their strength and looks like it is even better this year.

Rookies Terrence Cody and Sergio Kindle have had great showings in mini camp and look to be a big boost to an already solid defense. They both have a great shot at not just getting playing time, but even winning a starting job if they continue the play the way they have so far.

On the offensive line, Michael Oher has been moved to the starting left tackle position. Meanwhile Jared Gaither has been moved to the left side. It appears that Gaither may be traded with Oher’s emergence. The Ravens look like a contender at this point in the offseason.
